The SWP-DSS32 Expansion Module significantly enhances the functionality and scalability of compatible IP phones. Featuring 32 programmable keys with dual-color LED indicators, it connects via Type-C and supports cascading up to three units, offering a total of 96 keys. When integrated with an IP PBX system, each key can be configured for speed dial, BLF, or call pickup. How to Connect the Expansion to the Phone:

(1)   Attach the expansion console to the phone using the metal fasteners and secure it with the provided mounting screws.
(2)   Install the bracket to stabilize the setup.
(3)   Connect one end of the Type-C cable to the IN port on the expansion console and the other end to the OUT port on the phone. Once the connection is made, you can use the phone's diagnostic function to ensure everything is set up correctly.
